Hello, I’m Alli Aldaz.
I’m a designer, researcher, and creator of the “Susie & Q” Thursday comic.
I study how nutrition, movement, and habits shape the way we feel, and how small, consistent choices can change everything. My work blends science, story, and design to help people make sense of health in a world full of conflicting voices. Over the past few years, I’ve spent hundreds of hours exploring the connections between food, energy, mindset, and daily routine. I’ve learned that real progress doesn’t come from extreme plans or all-or-nothing thinking. It comes from understanding how your body works and building systems that support you even when motivation fades. Each week, I share bite-sized lessons on nutrition, habits, fitness and health in my “Susie & Q ” Thursday comic. How Susie & Q Newsletter Helps You
Most of what I study and share comes back to one question: how can we eat, move, and live in a way that supports health and getting the both the physique and mentality we desire? I look at nutrition, movement, and habits through both modern science and ancestral wisdom, then translate what I learn into thoughts and lessons that you can apply to your life.
I don’t believe in chasing perfection or restriction. I don’t believe in puritanical diets. I believe in learning how your body actually works and building a way of living that supports it.
