Alongside these, I battled a lifelong struggle with food: undereating, compulsive eating, overeating, and binge eating disorder. After years of different diets and struggle, I discovered that true healing began when I adopted a Carnivore-ish approach, centered on nutrient-dense, animal-based foods. It was through this simplicity that I finally experienced profound healing, both physically and mentally.
